Step-by-step instructions

Start by standing tall with your feet together.

Step out to the right side with your right foot and lift your arms up, like you’re performing a jumping jack.

Step your right foot back in and bring your arms down to your sides in a controlled manner.

Repeat the movement on the left side, stepping out with your left foot and lifting your arms.

Continue alternating sides for the programmed number of reps.
