Kettlebell Face Pull instructions
Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright and hold the kettlebell handle with both hands.

Extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.

Pull the kettlebell towards your face, bending your elbows out to the sides.

Try to bring the kettlebell up to eye level, squeezing your shoulder blades together as you pull.

Release the kettlebell back to the starting position smoothly and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
